Do you have a store front?

At the moment, we only have the online store. 

Can I see your products in person?

Yes! If you are located in Southern California, we would love to meet you in person and assist you the best we can - particularly with products that require sizing. We will meet you at a place and time that is convenient to you at no cost. 

Police K9 units - we will come to your weekly trainings at your request at no cost to you or your department(s).

My dog is not a trained working dog, would your products be appropriate for my dog?

Absolutely! Here at Ashven K9, we believe in quality. Whether it's a leash that you can use for your daily walk or a toy that your dog can't keep its paws off, these products can make a whirlwind of a difference to you and your dog. With just a little information about you, your dog or your lifestyle, we would be happy to recommend products that would be an appropriate fit.

Do you train dogs?

We leave that to the pros! After trying out various trainers, Real Deal Dog Training has been the best fit for our dogs. You can see Dave's work on his Instagram page: @real_deal_dogtraining and contact him at (805) 861-8998 or (951) 520-6773.

Do you have different sizes or colors of your products?

Everything we have is listed online. If you don't see a product in the size and/or color you would like, we can submit a special order for you at no cost. Contact us with specificities and we will take care of it ASAP.

Do you have more products in stock that are not listed on the website?

No. However, we are always looking to expand our selection. Please contact us directly if there is an item or brand you are interested in. We may be able to stock it at no cost to you. We are in the process of expanding our product and brand selection.

Can I request for something to be custom made?

Possibly. Let us know what you have in mind and we will go from there.

How do I get my order?

You have two options:

-Have the order shipped by mail

-Arrange a pick up time & location prior to placing the order. We will reserve your order and you will pay at pick up. This option saves you shipping costs.

How long will it take to get my order?

If we have your purchased item(s) in stock, your order will ship out within 24-48 hours. If you order a product we do not have in stock, the order will ship out 24-48 hours after we receive our inventory. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please let us know prior to placing your order.

Are sizes universal across all brands?

No! We have included sizing guidelines on some products. Please use those guides for the intended product only. Sizes are not universal by brand. Only a physical fitting can ensure proper sizing. 

Do you provide any discounts?

Yes, we provide discounts to the following: Dog trainers, active military, first responders, and rescue organizations. Contact us prior to submitting your order.

Do any of these products have warranty?

Ashven K9 does not provide a warranty, but we will work with you if the product you receive is defective. For all other warranty concerns, contact the products respective manufacture.
